Replace gecode.org references with gecode.dev across tracked text files, including attribution emails and project URLs. Update Mikael Lagerkvist header attributions to Mikael Zayenz Lagerkvist.
Canonicalize historical Christian, Guido, and Mikael commit identities to gecode.dev addresses.
